Mediation is an effective way of resolving disputes.  Mediation involves a neutral mediator to help the parties each a settlement.  Mediators do not make decisions they assist the parties to come to an agreement.

Mediations can be undertaken by our Qualified mediators trained by the ADR Group.  

All other Barristers can act for the parties in areas in which they specialise. 

Our barristers became fully accredited mediators with the ADR Group. They are now members of the Association of Northern Mediators. Our independence at the bar ensures that we can be even handed in the advice we give to parties to resolve their disputes successfully.

An added bonus is that we can offer a neutral meeting ground by providing rooms in chambers for dispute resolution. We believe that clients will appreciate the benefits of using an alternative forum for cordially resolving disputes rather than having to resort to the courts.
