Simon Batiste has been appointed to the list of specialist Regulatory Advocates in Health & Safety Law. As a result Simon will provide both advisory and advocacy services in prosecution cases undertaken by the Environment Agency, the Health & Safety Executive and the Office of Rail Regulation.

This list will comprise approximately 100 advocates nationwide and replaces the Attorney-General's unified list that has now been phased out.

This appointment will reinforce the fast growing No.6 Regulatory Team which specialises in all forms of regulatory law including health & safety, trading standards, environmental prosecutions, inquests, misconduct hearings and sports law.
