Andrew Hatton (Sabbatical)

Andrew is a member of the Criminal, Mental Health & Court of Protection, and Regulatory Crime teams.

Andrew Hatton has been appointed as an International Criminal Judge in Kosovo to monitor, mentor and advise local Judges as well as to try some of the more serious cases such as war crimes, organised crime and serious financial crime.

The UK Government has seconded him to the European Union to work as an International Criminal Judge in the EU rule of law mission in Kosovo ("EULEX").
