Mediation - Qualified as an ADR Mediator in 1999.  Member of the Association of Northern Mediators.  Experienced Mediator instructed in a wide variety of disputes including those relating to professional neglignece, inheritance, land and general commerce.  In addition has experience of high value claims for personal injury.  Instructed regularly, his approach has majority of the cases in which he has been instructed.  Has also represented clients in mediations concerning significant professional negligence actions
