Vincent Blake-Barnard

Vincent is a member of the Criminal, and Regulatory Crime teams.

Vincent has a deep knowledge of local authority regulation. His understanding of Trading Standards and Environmental Health legislation is very impressive, He has been the driving force behind the Council’s development of capacity to utilise the Proceeds of Crime Act 2008. I have no hesitation in stating that Vincent is one of the hardest working, most innovative and determined lawyers that I have encountered in nearly thirty years in local government

Paul Abbot, Public Protection Group Manager East Riding of Yorkshire Council
